I'd like to introduce myself to you and tell you a little bit about myself and my company.
My Name is Bill Arnold and I am a veteran who proudly served my country in Vietnam. After my honorable discharge from military service, I became involved in what was at the time, a somewhat obscure area of the healthcare industry - surgical instrument and equipment repair.
I've never regretted getting involved in the repair business. In fact, I've spent over 30 years in this industry and have been privileged to work for the two largest repair companies in the nation.
I've considered starting my own company for a long time, and when the president signed Public Law No. 108-183, I decided the time was now.
I am proud that my service to my country allows my company, American Surgical Instrument Repair, to qualify as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. The advantages and start-up help the SDVOB provided has allowed me to pool my repair resources and years of instrument knowledge together to make American Surgical a reality. I'm excited to offer you an alternative source for your surgical instrument and equipment repair needs.
I am committed to providing the most advanced craftsmanship & technical expertise, with the finest quality and fastest turnaround. In addition, as a small business, I have the ability to work with you individually to satisfy your needs.
My Commitment to you is simple:
American Surgical Instrument Repair, LLC
